My experience with Eden was nothing short of exceptional. I could tell that I was dealing with an experienced, professional and knowledgable landscaper from the very first appointment, and there was also a fantastic team behind him. We had a challenging project in the context of us needing to try and keep hold of the existing garden whilst upgrading only certain parts, and Eden really helped us to create a wow garden despite us needing to retain some of the older elements. We still ended up with a really cohesive, modern look. They answered any questions/concerns thoroughly, and dealt with changes very professionally as the project was ongoing. The attention to detail, and the eye for quality and beautiful design, as well as a friendly approach, is what sets this company apart from others, it’s very refreshing. Ivan’s initial visit to survey our fence was particularly thorough, especially in contrast to some of the other companies that we invited to quote for us. The quotation was delivered promptly and in person; it was set out very clearly. We were extremely happy with the fencing that Ivan and his assistant reconstructed for us. They were punctual, friendly, efficient and carried out the work with the minimum of disruption. They liaised also with our neighbours to ensure that all parties were happy with the work being undertaken. Furthermore they tidied up meticulously after they had finished. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eden Gardens to carry out fencing work and will be contacting Ivan for further landscaping jobs in the spring.
